March, 1949	Established in Nerima-ku, Tokyo, producing spare parts for hosiery knitting machines.
April, 1951	Opened Osaka office in Dojima, Kita-ku, Osaka city. Started the sales of hosiery knitting machines of DAITO SEIKI CO.,LTD. as an exlusive distributor in west Japan.
March, 1952	Moved the head office to Osaka.
April, 1954	Built a factory in Amagasaki and transferred equipment from Tokyo.
July, 1967	Opened “Yamato Sales Office” in Kashiba-cho (Now Kashiba-city) in Nara.
June, 1968	Started the sales of RUMI hosiery knitting machines (Italy) as a exclusive distributor in Japan.
October, 1970	Built the new office building in Amagasaki factory.
December, 1971	Moved the head office to Amagasaki.
September, 1986	Built the new office building next to the existing one and moved the head office to this new building.
May, 1993	Started the sales of BUSI GIOVANNI hosiery knitting machines (Italy) as an exclusive distributor in Japan.
June, 1995	Started the sales of LONATI hosiery knitting machines (Italy) as an exclusive distributor in Japan.
January, 2003	Started the sales of CONTI COMPLETT socks toe closing machines (Italy) in both Japan & China.
January, 2012	Started the sales of Yarn tension control devices & Yarn sensors of BTSR INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. (Italy) in Japan.
May, 2012	Started the sales of SANTONI seamless knitting machines as an exclusive agent in Japan.
