オーバーフロー式洗浄方式により、生地に付着したニットオイルを洗い流し、染色槽内の水面に浮かんだニットオイルを機械上部より外部へ排出します。 ドラム式の様に生地が染色槽内で動かないので様々なつれキズの問題を解決します。 厚手デニール製品は、染色後にセット仕上げをしない事により、柔軟剤が生地に残りより良いソフトタッチな肌触りに仕上がります。 自動ポンプ・フロー制御により、生地を通る水流量が調整可能です。 いかなる種類の製品にも対応する全対応型ユニバーサルタイプの染色機。 特定の投入曲線や、時間をプログラムする事による自動薬品・染料投入。
- Among the range of machines for pantyhose dyeing, Cubotex even produce the laboratory machine model TCQ which reproduces exactly the working conditions of PDM and AMRE machines. Recipe can be studied on this machine and used without any problem or variation in the big machines since the liquor ratio is the same. The circulation pump and the circuit have been studied according to the small capacity of the machine which can dye 1, 2 or 3 kg of pantyhose according to the number of drawers loaded. The structure is completely pre-assembled and installed on a table. The version "COMPACT" includes the control panel placed above the machine to reduce the space requirement at the minimum possible.

High thickness execution both for atmospheric or pressure version. Possibility of quick door locking system for an easier and faster operation and to grant a uniform pressure on the basket with consequent longer duration of the same. Possibility of installation of Ph monitoring and Ph automatic regulation by means of dedicated dosing pumps. Possibility of installation of the color kitchens in a centralized room far from the machines. Possibility of installation of DBA(Bye Batch Analyzer) to reduce the dyeing cycle times and washing times. Machines can be connected in parallel connection with the guarantee of a complete uniformity of the dyeing. The height of the drawers for the treatment of the pre-boarded material can be chosen by the Customer according to the type of product.
Cubotex cabinet machines are produced in high-thickness version since the late 80s. The advantage of the high-thickness machines is a longer lasting of the machine without any problems of leakage during the years.
Even such machines are supplied in atmospheric or pressure version and all machines are supplied with the possibility to adjust the liquor ratio according to the phase of the cycle (lower LR in dyeing, higher LR in washing if required).
The low number of rpm is very important because in such way it is possible to obtain a reduction of the turbulence inside of the machine with consequent distribution of the flow.

The very high thickness structure is able to bear the thermal stress due to the dyeing cycles. Speed of the pump adjustable by means of inverter to set the circulation and the according to the type of material to be dyed. Rapid loading and downloading by means of trolleys and removable material holders. Standard material holders suitable to receive the drawers (for the dyeing of pre-fixed material) and shelves to create three loading levels inside of the machine (for the dyeing of not pre-boarded material). Elimination of the air bubbles due to the special shape of the pump. Liquor ratio reduced if compared to traditional cabinet machines.
